The BetHarness/BetRunners web site is run by AmericaTAB. They do have Canadian tracks - I've bet at Windsor a few times (and LOST!). They carry most tracks, but not all - I can't bet Scioto on BetHarness.
So what are you gonna do with your big wad of cash? Once again, congratulations!
