HANDICAPPERS.....with Tony Morgan at Northfield on Thursday and Friday, it's a great time to handicap the races with a method that looks at all other handicapping factors first before the driver ...form , fitness, post position ,etc then the driver....he will likely make a difference on most of his drives....but if you can find a good play in a race (other than a TONY driven horse that is bet down only because it's Tony in the bike.)...you'll be well rewarded for a few dollars wagered!

Suppose Morgan hits 1,000 on Thursday. Will he have the class to show up on Friday to drive? Or will he just use Northfield on Thursday for his own agenda and abandon Northfield on Friday?

Don't know the man , i would imagine he has made a commitment to drive regardless....if he needs 7 wins to reach the 1000 mark....i think he will need more than 13 drives to reach the goal he came here for anyway.

If he were to win 7 on Thursday and not show up Friday, he would be fined for failing to drive when programmed. He would also look pretty bad in the media. Don't think it will happen.
