Hey Giss,
Boring's horse was clearly offstride prior to the finish line and there were several horses that were within a length of him. I know Crist trying to squeeze between horses was likely the cause of Boring going offstride, but doesn't the rule still apply that is a horse is offstride at the wire and is lapped on he/she must be placed behind those that lapped on (except those that interferred with him/her)? Just curious.

Fools Day was interfered with and thus not placed.

By the way, OSRC rule 3769-17-20(2)gives the judges the option of not placing a horse back if the break is caused by interference.
