Race #8---#1 Cambest Treasure....Not sure they can beat this 1 tonight.Wont be much of a price, but you may find some value in the pick 3 that starts in the 6th race...

Note to David Majeski:::You did everything right in the 8th race....You took the lead, you parked the 3,you got your horse to relax, put the contenders away coming off the final turn, and then acted like you had the race won,you never cracked her,you never yelled at her,you never rocked your sulky, and even when you realized Lanny was coming, you still acted like you had the race won and did nothing.....If i was the trainer and had my horse set up like this one and you did that, you would be fired....I know it's a gamble when i wager on some of these drivers, but the judges should start fining some of you guys who dont give a winning effort, even when you get beat by a nose...P.S. I didn't bet a dime on this horse tonight. He cost me nothing, but i feel bad for any of you guys who tossed a few on him...I apoligize for the drive.

I had Cambest Treasure crushed. Singled in pick 3, start of pick 4 and on top in the tri. My guess is you heard my aaaaarrrgggghhhh all the way in Cleveland. Majeski completely fell asleep the last 50 yards of the race. Just another part of a very frustrating night.

Sorry about your lost fortune Jim.I hope you was on him before i made my post.I really liked this horse last night. When he opened up the chalk,i thought i had made a good decision not to go to the track, when i saw what the pick 3 was paying,i was sick..He opened up as the chalk, and climbed to over 20-1 and i was real sick...If the weather wasn't so crappy i would have made the trip..These type of drivers are a little harder to lock in on when the track conditions are like they were last night....Even my wife asked while i was so worked up after that race...

Scojer:
Cambest Treasure's first race here after coming from Indy was on Sept 2nd and he was making the winning move when he broke stride. I used the horse in the two following weeks despite an 8 post and little effort was made each time. Last week the horse had a 6 post and tried for the first time making a little run. I still kept the horse on my watch list waiting for either a drop in class or a better post. Friday I got both - a double drop in class and the rail to boot. Then with the weather/track conditions only the inside seemed good. It was like a dream scenerio. In fact the race went off like a dream....till the last 50 yards....I wonder if Majeski is still sleeping?
