Guesses for Monday February 4. Monday madness in the winter can be brutal. Be careful out there.
Race 1
#1 Mon Reve - old timer racing very well lately
#4 Mario's Lumpy - nice recovery after the break
#2 Carry The Bomb - gate speed has always been an issue, will have to come late
#5 Are You Sure N - another veteran with enough speed to compete here, never did win much
Race 2
#4 I'malair - staggered home after a brisk early pace, no other early speed in this race
#3 Bad Vibrations - new barn/driver may breathe life into this very lightly raced mare
#2 Scipio Conner - making moves recently, not much talent
#9 Dweezil - have to respect the youngster's breeding, may be some speed there if they can keep him flat
Race 3
#5 R Cowboy - the Cowboy is too sharp for the pretenders in this short field no matter who is driving
#3 Big Charmer - time off may help, broke the last two times Elliott drove him
#4 Willmania - mentioned he was a good cold weather trotter, seldom breaks
#2 Conductors Timeout - has been short lately, good trotter barn and driver
Race 4
#5 River Bend Jessie - nothing to beat in this one
#9 Blackwell - at least tried last week
#1 Glowing Amber - first positive post since shipping to Nfld
#2 Imafirmbeliever - drops a bit for her new barn
Race 5
#4 Bunny In A Storm - going with a hot barn in this ugly race
#4 Sam's Best - drops and moves inside
#1 CB Three - drops back and draws the rail, won this two back
#5 Deacon Larrick - first time claiming tag
Race 6
#4 M-Twentytwo - never misses a check in this class, may outlast these
#5 Accentflex L A - sharp, the wrong Merriman in the bike
#9 Bigmacattack - in cheap, more consideration with a different post
#3 Gal's Lucky Nooner - fourth start back, should be ready to do something good
Race 7
#4 Mr Ahhh - need the start last week, should leave tonight
#1 Mr Dads The Best - will win his way out of this class tonight
#5 Tosboynamedsue - claimer moves a cheap condition
#9 Foo Too - third start back, shouldn't have to do much to get a minor check
Race 8
#4 Medoland Bud - locked in last week, will be on the engine tonight
#9 Armbro Supernova - set honest fractions before being beaten by a sharp one
#1 Goodbye Mr Yankee - Deaton and the rail
#2 Laag Ness Monster - generally finishes around third in this class
Race 9

#7 Matterofconvenience - in way cheap, have to like the driver change as well
#5 Ice Cream Stand - beaten favorite should start coming around
#4 Philo Beddo - would love to see what this one can do with a real driver
#3 Eagle Tack - over played last week, better than he's shown in last two
Race 11

#6 Sams Noble Bird - the new barn has brought this one around

#4 Bogambo - second start for new barn, expecting improvement
#2 Scoot To The Wire
Race 14
#3 Powerful Cam - got out way too late last week, better chance with Shelter
