Believer - you would know - how is Cliff, and Mrs Cliff doing? You do keep in touch? I've been concerned, as have others, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that misses his participation on this board. Any word?

BW Blackwater , i e-mailed Cliff earlier today , haven't heard back as yet....I mentioned that many members were asking /missing his posting on the board and were giving there well wishes for his wife. But he did a lousy job handicapping overall for the night, so he's FIRED! I can do just as bad picking them myself! LOL!

Hi Blackwater. We'll be heading to Pompano Park soon. ( I,m already in Florida ) Brett Miller raced there all winter and finished
a strong 3rd in driver standings in what appears to be a much
tougher circuit than Northfield. I'm sure he wanted to get started
down here and build connections because no doubt the purses
will go way up after that casino opens there. Some of the horses
that race down at Pompano train right here in Ocala near where
I live, but it's mostly runners training here. The horse farms in the county I live in are the county's largest employer ( over 20,000 ) Ocala Jim.
