Sahbra Farms

I had the opportunity to drive by the place recently and it looks kind of run down. Some of the fencing was broken and in need of repair, etc. Have they downsized their breeding operation? I don't recall hearing about too many Sahbra horses in recent years that have done well. Do they lease/rent their stables and training track to other trainers?

They ended their breeding operation a coupl eyears back and sold all their stallions.
They still operate a trainign center. Schillacis, Kelly O, maybe Scott Cox, not sure who else.
