Keith , reading a website on Northfield , i noticed you have a signature dessert ! Did you have a say in naming of this food item ? What about a Veggie Explosion Sandwich for Everyone to Enjoy while quaffing down a brew or two.
Dining at Northfield Park:
The Clubhouse at Northfield Park is open every live racing day. The restaurant offers a full menu plus weekend buffets. Menu items include steaks and seafood, sandwiches, burgers, and the restaurant's signature dessert, their "Candy Bar Explosion Cake

And if The Giss has a signature sandwich it sure as hel won't be a veggie explosion. Save the veggie explosions for Gallahgher. My sig sandwich would be either corned beef with chopped liver on rye, or a prime rib on grilled garlic sourdough with shrooms and onions (and blue cheese) optional. |

16 members of my family enjoyed an Amish Wedding Dinner tonight in Middlfield. I have been up since 6am Thursday morning preparing for all of their arrivals. I'm still not in bed as I am so bloated and "miserable" from gorging on all the wonderful food we had tonight.
While Northfield Park wouldn't quite create the "ambiance" we had with dinning at the Amish farm................if you could ever come up with a special night of these women cooking, the clubhouse would be packed!!
