Hi Keith , could you post the article you submitted to the USTA site today . ps...you misspelled the www.northfieldpark.com address and it ends up somewhere else. Not a good thing when you have national exposure , eh !

SCARLET AND GRAY WILL BE SUPER- The $200,000 Scarlet and Gray Stakes are set for the $1,000,000 Ohio Super Night card at Northfield on Saturday, September 1. Horses nominated to the Scarlet and Gray, the only stakes races for veteran Buckeye-breds split by gait and gender, as well as supplemental entries ($7,500), must enter early due to the possibility of elimination heats. Entries are due at 9AM on Wednesday, August 22, and the $10K elims are set for Saturday, August 25, the night of Northfield’s 50th Anniversary celebration. The main events on Super Night are the eight $100,000 Ohio Sires Stakes Finals for two- and three-year-olds. The Route Eight Oval hosts the final preliminary legs of the Sires Stakes for two-year-olds on August 24 and 25, with the freshman gals racing Friday, and the boys going postward on the 25th. NIGHT OF CHAMPS ON-TRACK (AND ON-LINE)- Standings for this year’s Night of Champions, for the best county fair performers in Ohio, are now posted at www.northfieldpark.com. Click on the “for horsemen” tab and then on the Night of Champions dropdown in the menu. The homepage for Night of Champs lists the top twenty contenders in each division and provides links to complete alphabetical point listings for both two- and three-year-olds. The standings are complete through the Xenia fair on August 2. The eight $20,000 Night of Champions Finals, for the top nine point earners in each division, are set to kick off championship weekend at Northfield on Friday, October 12.The track’s top three-year-old filly event, The Courageous Lady, caps the weekend on Saturday, October 13. Any Night of Champions discrepancies should be reported to Northfield’s race office at 330-467-4101, extension 300.
