Just a note to those who are interested but it seems that Ryan Angus has purchased one of the new racing bikes. I noticed it last week upon my return to the races but wanted to see it one more week to make sure. Since I missed several weeks due to vacation in mid-late July can't say when he acquired the new sulky. I do think it helps. You can now add Angus to a growing list that includes Aaron Merriman, Elliot Deaton, Wyatt Irvine, Ryan Stahl, Kurt Sugg & Jason Thomspon as consistent new sulky drivers. Kakaley was using it before I left but haven't seen it in the two weeks since my return. Watch for drivers who borrow a new sulky for one race. Harris last night with Lonely Me is an example. I've seen Todd Jones use it on occasion. With this many drivers using the new sulky it may soon not be a handicapping tool.
Also, noticed Larry Clabaugh is back training after his year suspension. He won easily last night with My Mary and CCAshleydash just won the opener tonight by over ten lengths. Seems he hasn't lost his training touch in the past year.
