Taylor, I join you in recognizing our first year anniversary. We began our board as a small group looking to create a place where we could discuss handicapping strategies and Northfield Park, uninterrupted by personal attacks and gossip and at this juncture, we are recognized by Keith Gisser with the following notation on Northfield Park's Handicapping Corner: "One astute Northfield Park handicapper, Cliff Gregory, posts his bet-back book on-line! Simply log on to his section of the very impressive Northfield Handicapping Board at thebeliever2.proboards83.com/index.cgi? (on hiatus for now, sorry) Cliff provides his horses to watch and horses he has dropped from the list., and also lists picks and some of the logic behind his picks, too. And its free!! There are several other great handicapping perspectives offered on this board, and best of all, the personal attacks and trolling that dominate so many Internet message boards feature is not permitted by the administrator. Other than the recently departed thoroughbred HotTalkers Board, the decorum on this site is the best in the business."

Thanks for providing such a great venue, Taylor. I like the last line from Giss's quote "the decorum on this site is the best in the business". I think that is what keeps me checking in here. And hope you all had a great time at the track, although it was a scaring looking victory lane photo. Great to put faces to the names (Jay I recognize from other victory lane pictures). Best of luck for year two to the board and all its members.

What a great night at Nfld. Friday! Not that I made a killing, but hanging around with Jay44224 (and Loretta), Longshot Mike, Kangaroox, the Giss, and the regulars at the track was a great experience for me! I look forward to tonight, the "official" handicappers night, and will propose a toast to the first anniversary of the BEST D--M HANDICAPPER'S BOARD around, and to The Believer who got it started! See ya at the track tonight! BW

Taylor, you have done a great job and the board continues to grow with a nice steady following.
Last Evening meeting blackwater and kangaroox gave me the oppurtunity to mee the people behind the the posts.
Their is no better place to be than a harness track. Heres to a better 2nd year - keep on pacing.

Thank you to Taylor, Jay, Trackrat & Cliff for creating and maintaining a professional & fun board. I was lucky enough to find the board late last year and it has been an honor to take part in the various contests and a discussion or two. I know there is a tremendous amount of time required to keep the board going, heck I have trouble finding time to make an entry such as this one. Please know it is much appreciated. Blackwater - much success with the new forum and hopefully tonight was a smash success. I'll do all I can to attend the next event.
Hopefully Cliff's wife has had a recovery from her late winter illness. He was and always will be the master.
