Congratulations to Jay and Pete on the wins by Hannah's Dragon and Beach Escape last night. Both are razor sharp, in their respective classes.
On another note, it looks like Explore's tank is totally empty and Kimyotte is still searching for some of that back class. I know Jay would like to sell Explore, but how about you Pete? Are you gonna stick with Kimyotte a while longer?

Are you gonna stick with Kimyotte a while longer? Trackrat - explore is going to Michigan where she will spend the next 6 months with Tom Collier. He has leased several from me in the past one being Well Bet when I could not sell or even give him away, he will probably race her from the farm for 6 months if the change of scenery does not help she will head to the breeding barn early part of next year. |

Disappointing news for me transportation to Michigan fell through so Explore stays here until shipping can be lined up or another deal is worked out.

Kimy was when I bought her at the blooded horse sale one of the truly unhealthiest horses I had ever seen. About 200 pounds underweight, bad coat out of shape and just a general mess. I paid $750 for her. I first gave her to John Wengerd and he did a nice job starting the process and then Tony Peregrin continued it. When I got out her, she was still about 150 below where she is now and still quite unhealthy, actually as of about 10 days ago, one of the vets actually commented on how bad she looked. She is getting much healthier and her race, although she tired badly was in my opinion her best race since I bought her.
Beach Escape as well as Booshay are both in the Blooded horse sale coming up. Beach has is one heck of a nice horse and you see what Lasix did for Booshay, not to mention Ryan Angus giving him a fantastic drive!
I would be more then willing to lease Explore and will get a stall and lunch ready for her tomorrow! ;D
