Had the night off last night and tonight I am taping, as I am coaching one of my HS Boys Soccer Teams in a 6PM indoor match and then one of my my girls teams play at 9PM. Upon returning home, a nice glass of Jonesy Tawyny Port and a birthday cigar, perhaps. Thanks, guys! |

A belated Happy Birthday to The Giss !!!! Hope the soccer teams did well and that the wine and cigar finished the night off right. As I have stated in the past I think The Giss is a terrific ambassador for Northfield Park. Though I'm a very infrequent live visitor I have had occassion to say hello and have always been treated top notch. Thus, the birthday night off was well-earned. By the way, the gift where the name tag fell off? That was from me.

As I have stated in the past I think The Giss is a terrific ambassador for Northfield Park. That was from me. the boys won 3-0 (Shutouts are unheard of at this level indoors and this is there second goose egg, along with two games where they have allowed just 1 goal. If we can get the offense untracked, they will win the championship. The girls team is a pick up team and they played well yesterday, losing 4-2 after being down 3-0 8 minutes in. Young players getting valuable experience against varsity, but still a bit overmatched, |
