If Travis will share his board password with us, we can see if we can access his account from our computer(s). This will establish if the problem is with the account, or with his computer/ISP.
Secondly, we can delete his account and he can try to re-register.
Your choice, Travis?

Not a whole lot to go on here but I highly doubt it's the ISP. I have logged on this board with over 4 different providers never a problem. Even the public computers at M1 in the room let you on to post, Broadbrush used to use those. I would say the normal stuff to check but afraid it would be a waste of time. Since he can log in as a guest and post there's a good chance he forgot his password or someone changed it via a keylogger or some other mischievous intent. There are so many worms out there it's tough to keep up on all of them. My guess (all it is) if you delete his account and he sets it up again all will be fine. He can always email me on here even as a guest I'll be willing top do whatever I can to help. |
