You never hear of anything that pays long - but it is always a conspiracy if it is perceived to be short. should have paid $12 by Northfield Satndards

A conspiracy theorist might think that there was a conspiracy that failed to achieve its goal, thus the long payoff. That is, if one was prone to theorize a conspiracy.
