It has been raining steadily in the Cleveland area since 2 o'clock this afternoon, with little chance of a letup. Forecast for up to one inch of rain tonight with possible flooding.

Temperatures in the low 40s during the evening card. The track tonight will be SLOPPY. Handicap accordingly.
