#3 Freedom Hall - qualifies faster than most of these want to go
#1 Dummy Jones - hasn't had a post forever, will take advantage here
#9 Stonebridge Romeo - 40 cent horse broke on the lead, needs to stay trotting
#4 Mal Capone - drops in his third local start

Race 2 Ugly Alert

#5 That's Textbook - all about the driver
#8 Look Who's Invited - the "classiest" of this group, post the problem
#2 Athletic Al - made a move last week, can't count on two in a row
#1 Steamroller - no form lately, the rail is a good opportunity for a check

Race 3

#3 Git R Done Dad - the obvious choice
#9 Tommy G - would seem to have some upside for Donny Mac
#1 Hoofner - show money last time out, back on the gate
#5 Nico Mirabel - racing well but moving up

Race 4

#3 Super Max N - has looked better last two, gets Aaron tonight Value Play
#4 Capitol Source - should be a player with the catch driver, needs to get away better
#5 Moovin N Groovin - another who benefits from a catch driver
#6 Chips Treasure - more consideration with a better post

Race 5

#3 Kris-a-Character - looked better last week, may improve more
#5 Rich Man Poor Man - would like to give him the call, but he always finds a way to lose
#6 Go Dream Racer - won by a bunch last time he was in this low
#3 Kueken - has a good race once in a while

Race 6

#5 Three Button Door - big move last week, the driver upgrade should be enough Best Bet
#2 Wart - should improve in second start off the scratch
#1 Real Sexy - post and class relief, doesn't win often enough
#9 General Maximus - disappointing lately, still better than most of these

Race 7

#4 Breeze On By - don't like claimers dropping, this is the exception to the rule
#5 Final Attack - may have leveled, or it may have been the track, another chance tonight
#2 Chief Connection - could be the best here, the scratch is a concern
#1 Joey Pants - third time lasix, could improve, but I'm skeptical

Race 8

#2 Striking Stripe - gets the good post and Merriman back
#6 Contradiction - some decent horses inside him tonight, tough to three peet
#1 Vrahos Again - on the board last three, should be there again
#3 Over's Swiss Lad - old timer still knows how to race, could surprise if he's forwardly placed early

Race 9

#2 T Tar's Magic Man - great opportunity here if Andy leaves
#9 Yankee Ace - the logical choice, the post gives me pause
#3 Magic Dart - have to include the class dropper, would prefer a catch driver
#6 Stand Tall McGraw - needed that last start, may need another before he's a threat

Race 10

#7 Electric Wizard - should win on class alone, overcoming the post could be an issue
#6 Johnnys Reactor - haven't seen his true potential
#5 Izamillionare - may have peaked, but he's been in against tougher
#4 Look Who's Talking - not the best horse in the race, but has the best driver

Race 11

#4 Fry Vally Ike - improving, just missed last week
#3 Rocknroll Attack - best early speed in the race will be in a good spot
#2 Zipsnapndrop - fourth time lasix, tenth start, no excuses tonight
#6 Ben's Big Bird - on the board three straight, could get there again from here

Race 12

#2 Chupp Don - moves inside against a soft group
#4 Fortune Ho - racing better than he's being driven
#1 Travel Bug N - seems to always be around when this far inside
#6 Ohoka Dale - too much power inside him tonight

Race 13

#5 Covered Connection - drops and picks up the hot driver for his 2nd start for new barn
#9 Kassamatt - made the winning move last time, need to see it again to be convinced
#3 The Big Wazzoo - moves back inside on the class drop
#6 Thebigguyfromtown - cut the mile last week, tougher assignment from out here
