Selections for Saturday April 11. Some nice opportunities tonight. Chalk could go down hard in the later races. I heard they saw the sun in Cleveland today, or could that just be a fanciful rumor?

#7 Diamond Hunter - made it look easy last week, should repeat
#4 Dunkster - back from Pa, faced tougher there
#5 Hello Carlo - still very sharp, hard to leave out
#1 Going Hollywood - Merriman with the rail, should get a piece
Race 2
#3 Broadway Petera - back luck last week, looks the best here
#6 Attack On The Town - major driver change
#9 She's So - liked her last week, second time Stahl will be better
#2 Race On Wonder - wondering why she keeps breaking
Race 3
#2 Conductors Timeout - very consistent trotter, rates the edge here
#3 Sierra's Joy - the post shift will help
#1 Captain Korki - also very consistent, a step above his normal class
#8 Oceana Hanover - tough post, but need to consider with the driver change
Race 4
#2 The Big Wazzoo - paced that last mile in air, could wire these
#3 Stand N Shout - badly beaten favorite gets another chance, may be over rated again
#1 Candygram Sam - racing better than most of these, the rail always helps
#5 Five Card Cam - he's better than that last race, should improve
Race 5
#4 Fox Valley Galaxy - cruised last week, these aren't much tougher
#5 Delivered Rules - a definite threat if he's on his game, we'll see
#1 Sultan Desbi - nice price last week, these will be tougher
#3 Armbro Deck - big time class relief out of the claimers
Race 6 Should Be A Value
#1 Mr Kite - third start back, no standouts in this race
#2 Free For Life - on the board last three, doesn't win often enough
#3 Go Bogart - dropping, form a big ?
#5 Knockout Sahbra - backed up a bit last week, but this is an easier group
Race 7
#1 Eagle Tack - first post in this class, form hidden in the line
#2 Zakman - a true 8 claimer, just doesn't win these days
#3 Elm Grove Gerson - impressive, but this is a major step up, we'll see
#6 The Long Goodbye - needs to find a home, maybe this is it
Race 8
#3 Whatanartist - should cut the mile again
#1 Mr Cadillac - leaves as good as any, gets the pocket trip
#8 Dontgetintheway - best horse, worst post, could still win with a covered trip
#5 Up Front Guy - very sharp, a bit above his best class
Race 9
#3 Honorable Guy - no reason to get off, should be good for another one
#4 Yankee Coburn - better draw in his second local start, will be more involved
#2 Bacon Hill Bob - first decent post in this class, should be a player
#5 Elektrafreak - sharp with a driver upgrade, would like her better on Fridays
Race 10
#5 Pat's Fantasy - didn't try last week, love a claimer in a cheap condition
#7 La Suvera - in cheap, post no help
#2 Miss Matilda - doesn't win often, but the post shift should put her on the board in this one
#8 Memorial Day Bunny - have to like the driver change, Stahl has driven her before
Race 11 Breaker Breaker
#2 Giulio - looked strong last week, I wouldn't bet the farm though
#5 R Cowboy - improved form last week, can make the jump
#3 Chust Chudy - has beaten the boys before, Jimmy back a plus
#1 Chippendale Dancer - his best could win this, not sure we'll see that
Race 12 Merriman A Value?
#4 Soul Redeemer - Merriman last to win with him, will be leaving tonight
#3 Whos Yur Daddy Now - company on the front end tonight
#2 Fancy Schmansy - racing pretty well, the post very helpful
#8 Earnhardt Hanover - he's not as one dimensional as his last starts indicate, big test tonight
Race 13 Upset Special
#2 Players Ball - that was a pretty big move last week, the horse can also leave, like 4yo's anyway
#3 Allamerican Viper - steps up off an impressive win
#1 Super Max N - still very sharp, and the rail to boot
#5 I'm Faster - Mr Short actually looked like a driver last week, have my eye on him
Race 14 Best Bet
#9 Sneaky B Skipalong - call in CSI and the FBI if he loses this one
#2 Blue My Mind - always respect improving four year olds
#1 Southwind Menlo - drops off an impressive close at Hoosier
#7 Three Times Silver - has beaten better, post is no help at all
