Selections for Saturday April 18. Let's see, this Saturday we have no Invitational, no Open Trot, the Open pace has six entered with a horse that can't be beaten, no claimers above $8k, but yes, we do have a Maiden trot and some warmed over F&M action. My my , how things have changed. 
Race 1 Duh
#6 Dontgetintheway - he beat these guys from the eight last week, who else can we choose?
#2 Category Six - the improved post improves his check a bit
#1 Up Front Guy - came out in time to grab place money last week
#4 Whatanartist - whatafolderoo last week, still better than the other two
Race 2 Breaker Breaker
#4 Oatmobile Express - big qualifier
#2 Lima Echo - over his head at Hoosier, fits much better here
#1 Pick Me A Rose - nice effort from outside last week
#7 Fry Valley Ike - hard to know what to do with this transformer
Race 3 Best Bet
#1 Memorial Day Bunny - post and class relief off a show finish, bye bye bunny
#4 My Yankee Lady - Ken Koch to Merriman, change we can believe in
#2 Imafirmbeliefer - finished a wee bit back of the Bunny last week
#5 Fairground Lady - was in that same race, actually did some work before croaking
Race 4
#1 Sporty Moran - Aaron always improves Frank's horses, the rail won't hurt either
#5 Allamerican Raider - hasn't had his full rest, that has been a factor before
#6 JD's Houdini - better than he showed last week, should bounce back
#2 Candygram Sam - break is a concern, so is the driver, but has the post and class going for him
Race 5
#3 BC Majesty - also without a weeks rest, then again he hardly worked up a sweat
#5 Mighty Looker - as fast as anything in the race, early speed is his downfall in this class
#1 Captain Korki - not known as a breaker, so we'll give him a pass (this time)
#2 Bytemetoni - can get a piece from this post, needs to find a spot back on Fridays
Race 6
#1 Delivered Rules - beat better from this spot a couple months ago, second to a sharp one last time
#9 Class Worker - steps out of his class, but has Merriman and a good looking trip
#6 CB Three - drops back to a level where he's had success, post an issue
#2 Mr Kite - disappointing last week, can't give ten year olds the call anymore
Race 7
#1 Sneaky B Skipalong - here's hoping he can make the class jump
#2 Michael C Hanover - nice win for new connections, I miss judged him
#5 Osborne's Bullet - very sharp, more Osborne respect
#6 Soul Redeemer - the move up is encouraging, the post isn't
Race 8
#2 The Long Goodbye - second start for new barn, first with a post, I'm feeling it
#6 Utica Hanover - powerful move last week, the six is not the five however
#3 Red Cloud Rising - back on the gate
#7 Fox Valley Flyby - Cox stable has plenty of nice horses, this looks like another one
Race 9
#4 Chippendale Dancer - broke then trotted his heart out, love that angle
#2 Chust Chudy - still sharp, beat the boys last week
#3 R Cowboy - has slowed down a couple steps at his age, but still game
#8 Hello Carlo - have to respect him even without a post
Race 10
#3 Fox Valley Galaxy - haven't seen any chinks in his armor yet
#2 Linns Dream - back inside and down in class, should make a race of it
#6 Max's Cruiser - don't leave him out of the pick4, he might beat both those front runners
#4 Big Guy Forever - always in the mix in this class when he draws well
Race 11
#2 Honorable Guy - don't see the competition yet
#1 Anzio Hall - this trotter can leave and compete at this level, 10-1 ML very misleading
#7 Sun Of A Victory - don't like the time off or the post, but this is one nice looking trotter
#3 Contradiction - also lives to leave, stepping out of his comfort zone
Race 12
#8 Rhiannon O Rhye - want Merriman with a price? here's your chance
#1 Swift Samantha - didn't try very hard last week after being parked the week before, dangerous
#5 Survivor I Am - the third claimer in this cheap condition, can't seem to put one across
#2 Jenna's On Jodi - driver made a big difference, these are a wee bit tougher
Race 13
#3 Go Bogart - when was the last time he was in so cheap? I don't remember either
#5 Three Times Silver - second to a monster last week, would love to see a catch driver
#2 Georgia's Cruiser - gets a real driver for his third start
#1 Cruisin Sam - needs a check in the worst way, never has won much
