A few I'm looking at tonight:
Race 10 #7 Uncle Josh - Ryan Stahl (M/L 7-2) This very nice colt has landed in the Kent Sherman barn after a season of Ohio sires stakes action. He was impressive in his debut for the new barn. Looks to have an upside. Time to cash in before the rest of the Northfield faithful catch on.
Race 11 #3 Oneforthemaster - Kurt Sugg (M/L 8-1) Doubt the M/L will hold after two impressive victories against lesser, but this trotter has never looked better. He does have a history of breaking problems, even so he could go right down the road against these especially given his main competiton is starting from the second tier.
Race 13 #4 Knockout Sahbra - Elliott Deaton (M/L 9-2) The "knock" on this veteran of almost 400 lifetime starts has always been that he hates to win. True enough, but this year he is winning at a 10% clip, at least respectable. This is the first positive post the horse has drawn in over a month. He paced a middle half in 56.3 on the outside last time and still passed horses in the lane. Deaton knows him well. The favorite will be over played tonight, so the price should be right.
