A while back, we began adding race comments to our past performances, as most of you know. We hva ethe option of listing trainers in that space, instead of the race comments.
I need some feedback-- which is more helpful to you-- trainer listing or the comments?
Thanks
Giss

I think VALID comments are more helpful than showing a trainer change. It's helpful to explain a bad performance, detail "road trouble" or dead cover and illustrate good performance with a bad result. Comments could show that a horse was behind dead cover, rather than just "stopped" on its own.
My vote is for comments.

I would also lean to comments. Sometimes it is annoying as I keep notes on horses that may have had road trouble, had a horse break in front of them or maybe get hooked in a speed duel only to see that same information given in the comment section. However I do not see every race and have to admit it is nice to have a couple of words on a performance I haven't seen.

Comments...like Jim I also can't watch every race these days, so some comments are helpful. Other comments like "post hurt" (duh) or "no factor" (double duh) state the obvious, but given a choice, I still like the comments.
