I can certainly sympatize as I'm sure all of us have similiar stories. A few months ago I wanted to play the Pick Four. I had no idea on the first leg but had a two by one by two figured for the last three legs. The first leg was a seven horse field. My plan was to do an all with the two by one by two for a cost of $28. Sadly my voucher was a dollar or two short and checking my wallet I had two large bills that I didn't want to break. I had a live ticket that hit at Buffalo Raceway but it wasn't yet official. Of course they were coming to the gate and my Buffalo ticket still wasn't paying so I just made the bet leaving one of the seven horses out of the first leg. Every handicapper can finish this story. The longest shot; the one of seven I didn't use, won the first leg. The other three legs came in and because I was a dollar or so short I missed a Pick that paid over $2K.

Hang tough!!
