Congratulations to Cliff on winning his second consecutive and fifth overall Northfield monthly handicapping contest. The January handicapping contest was a real battle all month long with Cliff and The Believer going head-to-head in a see-saw battle for paramutuel prestige. Brief challenges by Therealmuljuice and Trackrat were shorter than the groundhog's shadow (to be delivered shortly).
Good handicapping guys!!

Congratulations on winning the (January, 2010 Handicapping Contest). While it was disappointing to finish (embarrassingly out of the money) myself, it was a pleasure to compete against you. Good luck in the upcoming (February, 2010 Handicapping Contest). I'm sure I speak for all the participants who appreciate the time and effort you put into your selections. We would surely hate it if you took a few months off....just saying.
Looking forward to congratulating you again at the end of (February, 2010).
