Value Play of the night 3-8

Tonight's card is pretty difficult to wager but I am considering taking a flyer on the 5th.

#1 West Point Judy - moves up off an impressive win against nobody will be over bet
#2 Golden slippers - could get a pocket trip unless the 5 leaves then he will come 1st up- either way he will be tough tonight
#3 Good looks express- stayed flat while riding the rail back in NW2
#4 Victory Princess - had nice 3 yr old season- 2nd start of this year should improve
#5 Sassy Tech - bet on the gate should leave for the top
#6I'm A Player - should need a couple of starts
#7 Stepping High - took air in last and tired late- getting better
#8 Carry In The Wood - has some ability - but drew the dreaded 8 spot
#9 Valient Prayer - post a concern , but it is better than last weeks- driver - trainer combo does well:

A good idea gone awry. #2 Golden Slippers led until the stretch but finished fifth behind the four horses who went the last quarter a full second faster than Slippers and driver John Green. At 13-1, would have been a nice exacta. with the 5-1 Sassy Tech.

As far as #4 Victory Princess, she was parked the entire mile, which may have tightened her up for the next time, but didn't factor in the mutuels last night.
