Lebron James just became the most "hated" man in Cleveland sports history, surpassing even Art Modell, who took the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore in the 80s.
Sadly, former Coach Mike Brown, a classy guy, was earlier fired by the Cavaliers, even though his team won more regular season games in the last two years than any other NBA team. Lebron's defection illustrates how good Brown was. He took a team with only ONE superstar to the threshold of a championship not once but several times.
By defecting to Miami, Lebron is admitting that HE needs two additional superstars to be a champion.
Mike Brown will rebound with plenty of coaching opportunities and Cavaliers' owner Dan Gilbert will continue to go to the bank with the proceeds from his new casino.
The real losers in this scenario are the Northeast Ohio sports fans... who have all these old Witness and Rise t-shirts that can now be used to wipe the scum off the bottom of their Air Lebron sneakers. If there is justice in the world, maybe Lebron's elbow injury is a chronic one and he'll become a non-factor in Miami, as he was in Game 5 and 6 of the recent playoffs. We'll see.

Giss, how will those jokes play in the Poconos? Or is it the Catskills? Isn't that where you honed your standup?

As a lifelong Cleveland sports fan,i have come to expect this kind of stuff. And i WAS a HUGE fan.But after the browns left town, that all changed.Besides the fumble, the shot, red right 88,and the heartbreak in the world series some years back, and all the other superstars that have left town,i can never be that HUGE fan again.Yes i was glued to the tv during the series with Boston with some serious hopes, but with nowhere near the interest i would have had 10-15 years ago.At 1 time i was a Browns season ticket holder, took in 4-8 Tribe game a year, plus a couple of cavs games a year.I have not been to more than 5 total games in the last 10 years, and i dont see that changing any time soon. And when the Miami Heat come to town, the place should be empty. No one should even show up to boo.The guy is class-less,quit on his team, his fans, and his city.GOOD-BYE **s hole.................................now i feel better.lol.
