hey giss just wondering why they havent gave ken koch a fine or suspention for what he did in the 10th race tuesday night after winning the race he took his whip and whiped the horse 4 times right in the head there was no exscuse for doing that he could of hurt the horse bad

From the video replay, it looked like Koch was hitting the neck of the horse behind him, who was dangerously encroaching upon the back of Koch's bike. It worked, because the trailing horse veered to the left. It was pretty congested there. I think Koch was just trying to create some room to avoid an accident.

trackrat if you watch the replay over you will see that koch did'nt whip the horse
till the race was over and he didnt eveen have to whip the horse and he had no
reason to whip the horse like he did
