Giss, it was my understanding that Fred Winstead had received multiple positives in 2010 and had been suspended by the OSRC. In your Keeping Pace feature in the Northfield program, you refer to Winstead as the "late Fred Winstead Jr.".
Did Fred Winstead die? I would hope that one event had nothing to do with the other event and not to be macabre about it, but do you know the circumstances of Winstead's death?
