#5 Fantastic Fran - third start off the scratch, Charlino won't hurt.
#2 Paint Wheel - racing pretty well, could use a more aggressive driver.
#6 My Sweet Lorelei - more consideration with a better post
#4 Sweetie Sue Cam - better than that last race.

Race 4

#4 Heza Firecracker - really like this one in this spot
#6 standin On A Beach - soft spot, best post for a month
#7 Auto Pilot - no post again, Griz could hit the board with this one
#5 Lima Jag - hit the board in last two, can't like the driver change

Race 5

#2 Colossal Cruiser - yikes, drops after a six length win
#1 Southview Don - cashes another check from the rail
#4 Ron Jeremy - seldom wins anymore, can still get around the track against this group
#9 Westedge Matt - won't need to do much work tonight

Race 6

#6 Rose Run Mac - colt likes to win, like the switch to Robin
#4 Master Wheels - makes a living in this class when he has a post
#8 Giulio - Sharp win last week, tougher from out here
#1 Angelo Kosmos - hasn't missed a check lately, the rail a big asset.

Race 7

#1 Rapid Pursuit - the drop in class will be enough
#7 Museum Piece - The post is against him
5 Tieler Bea Hotspur - will at least try
#3 Ben's Big Bird - could be a factor is Dan leaves with him

Race 8

#1 CC's Belief - first post since his arrival from Pa
#3 Zipsnapndrop - on the engine from here, will he last?
#5 Magnificent Gift - hunch
#9 KB's On My Toes - has the class, but don't like claimers dropping

Race 9

#1 Panskrit - very active 4yo
#3 Go Cowboy Go - moves up off an impressive effort
#9 Mainline Hall - throw that last line out, very honest race horse
#8 Goriesanartist - more consideration with a better post

Race 10

#6 I know Your Lookin - a better trip gets him home a winner
#1 Caramel Dumpling - finally a post
#9 Jenna's Dream - very sharp, post could be an issue
#2 Eagle Jacob

#1 Wow Power - wow is right
#2 Worries Stay Small - have to like Merriman's chances from here

I agree with Trackrat. Nice to see you are still active though I suspect Northfield is no longer your first choice when wagering. Hope we won't have to wait ten months to see your next analysis. By the way, considering your time away the Saturday night picks were very good which should be no surprise to those who are familiar with your history.

Hi Guys,

Yes, I'm still around although handicapping has had to sit in the back seat for a while. I'm going to try and post selections when ever possible.

I've been revising my computer algorithm, trying to find the unified field theory of handicapping which thus far has eluded me. Actually I'm a lot closer with Meadowlands than other tracks like Northfield. With some M1 cards it's so accurate as to be scary. Not so much with Northfield. Racing is a lot different on half milers as we know, plus the horses at Meadowlands would seem to race to form better.

Anyway, I'm going to try and be more active...I'm already looking a Wed's card (P4 carry over, you know )
