1) Keep on eye on shippers coming into Northfield. My thinking is that the purses at Northfield are so low that a trainer must think pretty highly of his chances to win if he is going to invest a couple of hundred bucks to ship a horse to Northfield for a $1000 or less winner's share. Board members are encouraged to prove me right or wrong. 2) Ed Greeno is almost always a good bet. 3) Rachel Kaneoka is not a bad driver. 4) Keith Dicks' horses are decent. 5) Once or twice a week, there will be a 50-1 shot win at Northfield, the result of everyone overbetting Noble. 6) Aimie Mt. Pleasant seems to be doing a better training job with Broadway Patera than Bill did.

I have also taken note that Tyler Smith gives great effort,on most every horse he drives. He is only 18 years old.Unlike alot of these guys who are just out for a Sunday drive till the horse has dropped in class and draws a good post. His numbers should only get better once these trainers get on the bandwagon, and that shouldn't be much longer..

Tyler will be a good one if he can get some good stock to drive.
Everyone is on the Dan Noble bandwagon now, but Noble comes from a strong harness racing family AND he is something like 28 years old now, having APPARENTLY mastered his previous problems with substance abuse. Once Noble wins the national driving title, he won't be wasting his time at Northfield driving NW150ps.

1) 3) Rachel Kaneoka is not a bad driver. she show's a lot of promise and it would be very interesting to see just how good she is with some decent horses to drive on a regular basis
