Just to touch base. J-Bo had a FULL body scan MRI this past week at the Cleveland Clinic. Everything came back as normal. She has regained her body functions and the only thing that is bothering her is her back.(hmmm I wonder if I can trade her all of my aches and pains just for her back pain ;D ;D). Trust me knowing all of what she has been through Jess is truly a miracle. She will be getting a courage award from a group in Northern Ohio. It will be at a Black-Tie dinner affair. Jess will be on WKYC's news today or Sunday.(don't know yet).

badolpuudytat - I have never met this young girl but I admire her as she has handled some real difficult times and seems to have a world of courage, It was pleasant to read this update and hear she is doing better, hopefully she will continue to improve and have better days ahead.

For those that haven't read the other board: I have been trying to get Jerry Bailey AND John C. to come to the benefit dinner for J-Bo. I DID receive a e-mail from Jerry stating he would come to the dinner but it had to be when he wasn't working.( He gave me the dates he WOULD be working for national tv coverages of big races). I tried to get Sam Mckee at The Meadowlands to ask J.C. about coming to the benefit dinner but he hasn't replied to any correspondence that I left. IF ANYONE could help me PLEASE PM ME. It would be a great PR move too having the best jockey and the best driver in horse racing history at NFLD the same night talking to the fans and being part in J-Bo's dinner.!

badolpuddytat , could you please give us an update on J-Bo , her present condition .........also any more on the benefit dinner...has any date been set ? Right now the dinner is on hold. Puddy has to have spinal surgery(wasn't my Rotator) on 3/23. So that will knock me out for a few weeks BUT it is on hold. As far as J-Bo I talked to her sat. and she is doing good.

There's a picture in Sunday's Plain Dealer, April 1, from Cleveland's Heart Throb Ball, a volunteer committee that raised $250,000 via a dinner-dance for the Cleveland Clinic's Children's Hospital.
Pictured is Jessica with her parents.
Page L4 in the "PDQ" section.
